Krav Maga is the official hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defense Forces, and is widely regarded as the best self-defense system because of its efficient, no-nonsense, tactics that emphasize instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. This is what draws many participants to our Krav Maga classes. Teenagers and adults work side-by-side in these classes as they progress through the various lessons we offer at Chozen Martial Arts.

Ready to train at home? Try our buddy program. This is for is for beginners . We recommend that you have a partner to work with. This is an online course Our Krav Maga Classes use cardio to burn fat, and develops techniques and breaks down the self defense at an easy to follow pace.

How it works:  The classes are done live on zoom four times a week. As well as weekly tutorials. Once you sign up and become a member you will receive access to all of our Krav Maga help videos. The class times are Monday through Thursday @ 6:30-7:15 pm. In this program you will receive weeks of a weapon disarms and scenario self defense.
